Plugin Do Photoshop Cs3

Quando seleciono o filtro, surge mensagem: "The Xenofex product registration code is either incorrect or not installed". Todos os plugins estão rigorosamente instalados na pasta Plugins da "Adobe/Photoshop/....". O que fazer? Agradeço a ajuda...
