essa opcao existe em TODOS os internet explorer seja o windows que for, de uma procurada aeCybermix

Ferramentas > opcoes de internet > AVANCADAS e desmarca a opcao "mostrar mensagem de erro http amigavies"

o que te mostramos acima nao ia resolver o seu problema ia apenas mostrar o erro real.
eu vi aqui agora.
esse erro esta acontecendo porque seu serivodr tem protecao contra o ".. " dentro do server.mappth fazendo com que o codigo nao ache o banco de dados.
tente conversar com o pessoal do servidor pra ver se eles desprotegem, proque senao voce vai ter que mudar bastantinha coisa nesse script.

e outra esta protejido sim. o IIS 6 faz isso automaticamente para que o o user nao acesse o hd todo
