estou tentando instalar o cgiirc mas ta dando esse erro

adcione a seguinte linha:
use CGI::Carp qw(fatalsToBrowser);
no inicio do arquivo logo apos a linha:
#!/usr/bin/perl -w
Com isso você ira receber maior informações sobre qual eh o erro que esta acontecendo no seu arquivo.
