Preciso de ajuda com esses algoritmos, se alguém conseguir ajudar, ficarei muito grato.
OBS: Uso o programa VisuAlg.

1. Faça um algoritmo que leia o tempo de duração de um evento em uma fábrica expressa em
segundos e mostre-o expresso em horas, minutos e segundos.

Minha duvida aqui é como colocar o resto da divisão do tempo.

2. Tendo como dados de entrada a altura e o sexo de uma pessoa (?M? masculino e ?F? feminino),
construa um algoritmo que calcule seu peso ideal, utilizando as seguintes fórmulas:
- para homens: (72.7*h)-58
- para mulheres: (62.1*h)-44.7
