Olá galerinha, consegui acher um sistema de noticias onde tem administração de usuários, cadastro de noticias com imagens e ja andei alterando alguns arquivos para não utilizar o index que veio junto gostaria que vcs me ajudassem a fazer um sistema de manchete para pagina inicial onde viria em minha pagina inicial exibindo uma imagem da ultima noticia adicionada e o titulo.
