Olá, instalei o V S .NET 2003 win XP IIS 5.1 com SQL Server 2000, mas não consigo criar uma nova aplicação ASP .NET.
Aparece msg: 'The Web Server reported following error when attemping to create oe open the web project located at the following URL: 'http://localhost/WebApplication1'. 'HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error'.

Faça a instalação do Framework e depois tente criar a solução novamente.

o ISAPIS não está registrado.
Faça o seguinte, no menu iniciar vá em
Programas -> Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 -> Visual Studio .NET Tools -> Visual Studio .NET 2003 Command Prompt
Isso ativará a tela de comando para você.
Digite o seguinte: CODEASPNET_REGIIS -i
Isso irá registrar novamente o AspNet.
Faça a instalação do Framework e depois tente criar a solução novamente.
