Achei que vc usou muitas fontes diferentes e nisso seu lay ficou um fuzuê só. Tente trocar a Tahoma e a Arial pela mesma fonte, e manter a BankGothic por uma fonte no mesmo estilo da utilizada na logomarca.
Tente preencher mais os espaços vazios.

- Site muuito pesado
- Centenas de linhas de javascript para um simples rollover que poderia ser feito em duas ou três linhas com css, pense na boa educação no código
- Vc deveria fazer thumbnails das imagens de destaque, para naum demorarem tanto pra carregar
- Tente usar cores que combinem no site, pq tem muitas cores misturadas sem uma harmonia vizual
