A seguinte consulta funciona :
Select V75 FROM h16CPM ORDER BY V75 DESC

Esta tb ! :
Select V75 FROM h16CPM WHERE V75 >350 limit 3

Esta não !?!?! (Só estou juntando as duas primeiras em 1)
Select V75 FROM h16CPM ORDER BY V75 DESC WHERE V75 > 350 limit 3

PQ??? Onde estou errando ???

Coloca o ORDER BY depois do WHERE para ver...
