Dúvida De Como Reticular Imagens Sem Postscrpit Na Impressora.

Bom dia. Primeiramente desculpa pelo nome que estou usando. Ao registrar essa sequência foi a unica que o fórum me permitiu usar. Nem meu nome verdadeiro ou variação dele eu pude usar.
Me chamo Rafael e estou a pouco tempo na área de serigrafia.
Encontrei uma dificuldade quando passei de trabalhos com clipart para imagens mais reais que precisam de reticulação.
Aprendi, creio eu, 90% do processo de separação de cores em CMYK e sua reticulação e angulação.
Mas ainda quero fazer melhor minhas artes finais.
Gostaria de usar as melhores cores que eu entrar em uma imagem e, como eu posso explicar... , deixar as retículas vazadas para que eu use a cor de fundo do substrato (trabalho com camisas pretas) como uma cor da imagem, sem a necessidade de pintar a tinta preta numa camisa preta.
Creio que o nome desse processo seria "policromia". Mas ao pesquisar, tanto aqui no fórum quanto no google so achei tutoriais de "policromia" idênticos ao passo a passo CMYK. E não é isso que desejo

a imagem ta pequena mas é so para fins de exemplo.

No caso desde exemplo eu gostaria de reticular as cores: branco, cor de pele, vermelho, e outras que fosse preciso e utilizar somente a cor da camisa como cor preta da imagem.

Meu progresso ate agora:
Eu uso o PS cs6
1º modo.
mudo o perfil de imagem de RGB para > cores indexadas. Escolho a quantidade de cores que me agrada a visualização de imagem.
depois vou em SELECIONAR > intervalo de cores > e seleciono a cor que irei fazer uma tela.
Vo ate a aba de canais e crio um "novo canal de spot" onde eu seleciono a cor que eu sera essa tela.
e assim faço com 5, 6 ou 7 cores, ate a arte final me agradar visualizando nos canais.

Eu sou iniciante nessa área. se eu estou fazendo errado me corrijam por favor.
E é aqui que esta o problema. depois de fazer isso eu precisaria reticular cada cor que eu separei no intervalo de cores e criei um novo canal de spot.
pois se eu nao reticular a impressora imprime com um degrade que nao da pra revelar na tela.
detalhe importantte: minha impressora é uma HP1102w a laser e não
possui a função postscript.

Existe um meio de reticular depois desse processo que eu já fiz, antes ou durante?

2º modo: nao utilizo muito esse
abro a imagem e vo em "imagem" > ajustes > mapa de degrade.
seleciono o degrade do branco pro preto. confirmo.
depois "imagem" > calculos > do cinza para > transparência > confirmo.
isso me da um canal. onde eu seleciono a cor branca
entao eu volto na imagem original e vou em "intervalo de cores" seleciono uma nova cor que será uma nova tela.
"imagem" > ajustes > mapa de degrade. Aqui eu ponho do branco pro branco e confirmo.
repito a etapa dos "calculos"
volto para os canais e mudo a cor do novo canal.

o resultados de ambos os modos sao quase idênticos. Mas ainda me falta reticular antes de imprimir.
