E deve estar a URL completa para o arquivo na NET ....
Não se esqueçca de verificar se seu servidor possui "Hot Link", ou seja se ele permite acessar arquivos fora do dominio original (isso evida roubo de coisas e aumento do bandwith)

alguém viu se meu código esta certinho? é assim mesmo que tem que colocar?

Teoricamente está ....
Verifica no e-mail se o código esta la pois alguns webmail podem tirar códigos flash, javascript etc ... pois flash pode conter codigos faliciosos ...

o gmail bloqueia a leitura do codigo

e no pop3 o servidor não deixa nem ver o mail porque acusa como se fosse virus
