Eu criei um DataGridView com a primeira coluna sendo um DataGridViewCheckBoxColumn (CheckBox), e uma outra coluna com nome, ae que vem o problema eu preciso que abra um formulário apenas quando o usuario clicar na celula da checkbox, tipo o usuario pode clicar a vontade na linha , mais quando ele clicar na celula da checkbox que apareça uma mensagem.
Alguem pode me ajudar ?

Amigo, no evento CellContentClick do seu datagrid adicione:
