Olá, estou fazendo uma página em que haverá uma imagem e um texto. Gostaria que o texto ficasse do lado da imagem, e caso seu tamanho (altura) fosse maior que o da imagem, ele continuasse embaixo dela, contornando-a. Esta página ira cadastrar as notícias de um Portal. Ou seja, vai ter um campo para colocar a imagem e outro para colocar o texo.

Thais, é só você colocar um float, do css, na imagem:

img {float:left;}

Assim todas as imagens vão ficar para a esquerda. Você pode usar um id ou uma class para usar em apenas uma imagem.

Não ... crie um arquivo CSS com esse trecho. Seu código nos deixa em uma posição complicada para responder. Aparentemente é um código php que gera uma imagem. Você precisar fazer alterações no arquivo noticias.php onde a imagem será inserida.
