Pessoal,

aconteceu um problemão aqui pra mim.
Todos os clientes que entram em contato, seus e-mails vão para pastas que criei no outlook e gerenciei em Regras de E-mails.

Ás vezes, quando vou fechar o outlook ele me pergunta se quero compactar as mensagens para poupar espaço em disco.
Sempre colocava SIM e funcionava normal.

Até que ontem quando coloquei SIM, fui ver que ele deletou todas as mensagens dos meus clientes.
TUDO mesmo.

Aí sim fui ler que em Ferramentas -> Opções -> Manutenção

Tem o seguinte:
Ao compactar mensagens: Excluir novas mensagens X dias após o download.

Daí ele deletou todas.
Mas antes nem acontecia isso.


Tentei usar a ferramenta "Restauração do Sistema" mas não funcionou. Restaura tudo, mas as mensagens não.

Estou desesperado aqui e não sei mais o que fazer para recuperar as mensagens...

Alguém aqui poderia sugerir algo?

Vc tinha backup dos seus dados? Se deletou, deletou mesmo! Não conheço nenhuma forma de recuparar este tipo de informação, tipo, é diferente de você apagar um arquivo do HD e usar um software específico para fazer a recuperação.

Mas, vamos esperar por outras opiniões.

Olha só:
acessando a pasta:
C:\Documents and Settings\Conecta\Configurações locais\Dados de aplicativos\Identities\{CBFC7061-59AD-4DC5-9CC0-539AE152092F}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

Notei que os dados por exemplo do Cliente Digital Turis estão no arquivo:
Digital Turis.dbx que tem 268mb

Mas quando entro na pasta da cliente tem somente 1 e-mail.
O que foi enviado ontem!

Segui um texto para fazer a restauração.
"vá em Arquivo, Importar, Mensagens, selecione Microsoft Outlook Express 6, Avançar, selecione Importar email de uma pasta de armazenamento do OE6, clique em Ok, clique em Procurar e selecione o diretório contendo os arquivos .dbx que você efetuou o backup."

Copiei o arquivo para a pasta c:\mail\
e Pedi para restaurar, mas ele sempre fala que está em uso....

Exatamento isso que tentei.
Importar, mas ele sempre dá o erro mostrando que não pode porque o arquivo está em uso.

Sendo que copiei para a pasta c:\mail
e tentei restaurar á partir daí....
