Olá pessoal estou começando agora a mexer com ASP/ASP.net 2.0 e fiz uma página .aspx só com uma frase e duas text box e nada programado,´está dando o seguinte erro:]

Server Error in '/' Application.

Olá...

Na verdade o "erro" que você está visualizando não é um erro, mas sim um aviso para que você altere o seu arquivo web.config para que você veja efetivamente o erro que está dando em seu website.

Faça o seguinte:

1. Abra o seu arquivo web.config;
2. Localiza a seguinte linha no mesmo: customErrors mode
3. Verifique se o valor está setado para "Off" e caso não esteja, altere o valor.

Provavelmente o valor que está no seu arquivo deve ser RemoteOnly.

Bem, a sua linha deve ficar como a que segue:
<customErrors mode="Off"/>

Observe que o web.config é CaseSensitive, ou seja, se você escrever "Off" com letra minúscula, será gerado um outro erro, ok? Portanto certifique que a palavra esteja "Off".

Feito isso, rode novamente sua aplicação e o erro será exibido pra vc.
