no firefox ele roda legal, pois o z-index funciona legal.. porém no ie ele fica por trás dos outros divs.... testem e tirem suas conclusoes.. tentei diversas formas e nao rolou....

Sò existem dua soluções pra isso até hoje, a div mairo tem que esta embaixo da menor ou o z-indedx tem que estar comfigurado pra mais de 1000.
