Editei o arquivo config.inc.php e depois transferi todos os arquivos para o host.
É bem simple. Mas após proceder dois passos me deparei com uma mensagem de erro, que não consegui solucionar.
A mensagem é:

The PHP configuration variable file_uploads needs to be turned on.

Então, alguém saberia no que eu errei?
Estou precisando instalar novamente o phpadsnew urgente.
