Ajuda: Wampserver Não Abre Localhost

Boa noite, pessoal.

Seguinte: Eu uso com frequencia o wampserver.. mas desde ontem a tarde quando tentei acessar o localhost, ele simplesmente não funcionou.. os serviços iniciam normalmente na bandeja, o ícone fica verde, e mesmo assim quando acesso http://localhost/ ou http://127.0.0.1/ da erro como se o wamp nao estivesse sendo executado, tentei trocar a porta no httpd.conf por pelomenos umas 15 portas diferentes que vi em tutoriais em foruns de discussão. Não tenho skype instalado, quando faço o teste da porta 80 pelo wamp ele retorna que a porta está disponível, ja tentei colocar :80 depois do url e também nao funciona. Ja desisnstalei e reinstalei, e inclusive ja fiz restauração de sistema pra 5 dias atrás. Ja tentei alterar o arquivo hosts, ja desinstalei os antivirus e desabilitei o firewall do windows e também nao deu.. e o mais engraçado é que instalei nos outros 2 computadores da rede aqui e consegui acessar normalmente pelo localhost.. realmente nao tenho mais nenhuma alternativa.

OBS: nao abre em nenhum outro navegador também.

Alguem pode me dar uma luz? Alguma alternativa que ainda nao tentei?

Não uso, nunca nem instalei skype.. da uma lida ali em cima.. tem tudo que eu ja tentei e que ja descartei como o skype
