Esse erro é no servidor. Quando aconteceu comigo, minha aplicação estava rodando perfeitamente no meu servidor local, e quando testava de maneira remota (servidor definitivo) apresentava esse erro.

Sugiro a você abrir uma ordem de serviço p/ o servidor de hospedagem p/ que eles possam tomar as medidas necessárias.
