faz assim:

algo asim!
Não funcionou na parte do echo "<img src=/imgs/$img.jpg>";
- Aparece assim: /imgs/$img.jpg
- E deveria ser assim: /imgs/1.jpg
tem alguma solução ??

vc precisa saber o gateway dele.... mas eu nao entendi como esta sua rede.... vc tem 2 modens? num é um moden e outro e roteador?
