Agora estou colocando o mesmo site em flash... para fazer um executavel.. mas não sei fazer menu desse no flash
O menu já está pronto, falta apenas inserir no site ?
Exatamente qual é a dificuldade, o que seria esse executável ?

Não entendi muito bem a sua pergunta, por que não vi nenhum código para "iframe";
